Making time
Beanies, hand warmers and scarves take 5 to 10 working days. Balaclavas and shrugs take 7 to 14 working days. Fleece pieces and large custom or group orders take longer, and we give you a date before you pay.
Delivery in Nairobi
By rider or courier, usually within 1 to 2 working days after your order is ready. The fee depends on your location and is confirmed before you pay.
Delivery across Kenya
By courier or bus parcel service to your nearest pickup point, usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. You pay the delivery fee, which we confirm in advance.
Tracking and handover
We send you the rider, courier or bus details on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Please check your parcel when it arrives and message us within 48 hours if anything is wrong.
Delays
Handmade work can run late. If your order will miss the agreed date, we tell you as soon as we know. Delays by couriers or bus companies are outside our control.
International orders
We do not ship outside Kenya yet. Message us if you need something sent abroad and we will see what is possible.
Payment
M-Pesa only
We accept M-Pesa only. We send you the payment details on WhatsApp once price and delivery are confirmed. Pay only to the number or till we send you in that chat, and keep your M-Pesa confirmation message. Your order starts once payment is received. Group orders over KES 10,000 can be paid as a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due before dispatch.
Returns & refunds
Everything is made to order, so we cannot resell returned pieces. Here is exactly what we can and cannot do.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 24 hours of paying, as long as we have not started crocheting, for a full refund minus any M-Pesa charges. Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives with a fault, such as dropped stitches, loose seams or damage in transit, message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will repair it, remake it, or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Wrong item or wrong size from us
If we made something different from what we confirmed with you, we remake it at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. Send us the confirmed order message and photos of the piece.
Final sale

Change of mind and sizing
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for size and colour you confirmed with us. This is why we confirm every detail before we start.

Custom and limited edition pieces
Custom and numbered limited edition pieces are final sale, except for faults and errors covered on the left.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back by M-Pesa to the number that paid, within 5 working days of approval. Returns, when needed, are agreed with us first, and we cover return delivery for faults and our errors.

FAQ
Can I get a piece faster?
Sometimes. Message us with your date and we will tell you honestly if it is possible. Rush orders may cost extra.
Can I choose any colour?
You can choose from the yarn colours we have or can source. Tell us the colour you want and we will confirm it before you pay.
Can you make something from my own design or photo?
Yes, send us your idea. We will tell you if we can make it, how long it will take and what it costs. Personal designs stay yours, and we will not sell them to anyone else.
Do you take group or bulk orders?
Yes. Matching sets, gifts, teams and events are welcome. Message us with quantities and a date for a quote.
Are limited editions really never restocked?
Never. Each one is numbered, and when the run is sold out, it is gone.
Are your pieces safe for children?
Our collectibles and figurines are made for display and collecting, not as toys for small children, because small parts can be a choking risk. For children’s apparel, tell us the age and we will make it safely.
How do I know my payment is safe?
We only take payment by M-Pesa, after we confirm your order in writing on WhatsApp. We never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
Can I use your photos?
Please ask first. If you share a photo of your piece, tag us and we will happily repost it.
